Initial reports of bandwidth bragging by Verizon and Comcast from Broadband Reports.com states, "Ars Technica ...reminds you that AT&T and Qwest are nowhere to be found amidst the bandwidth bragging." This was after exploring Verizon's response to Comcast's DOCSIS 3.0 trials, as they could ultimately offer speeds up to 400 Mbps to consumers. Although the previously mentioned speed of 400 Mbps won't be available anytime soon.
